Transaction Coordinator

Meryl has spent most of her life in Central NJ, primarily in Middlesex County.  She is a graduate of East Brunswick High School, and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of NY at Buffalo.  For the last 17 years, Meryl has been employed by the East Brunswick Public School District in the Financial Services department.  After raising her 2 boys in East Brunswick, and when they both graduated college, she decided to pursue her Real Estate license for something to do in her free time.  Meryl spent several years as a Salesperson (the last 2 of which were with Red Door Real Estate), but has since decided that she prefers the administrative side of real estate, rather than the Sales aspect. Meryl now handles administrative work at Red Door.


Sales Associate

Born in Puerto Rico David moved permanently to the USA as a young adult. Working in various industries, David settled in Piscataway and has been working at Pepsi Co. in Piscataway for 10 years. David recently earned his Real Estate license and became a Red Door agent. As well as having the advantage of being bilingual, David brings his enthusiasm, determination, and attention to detail to every transaction and client he serves. In his spare time David serves his community as a volunteer fireman.

Carolyn has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. First as an assistant, then as a transaction coordinator, Carolyn worked with well known agencies and high profile top producers. Most recently working in the commercial real estate sector, Carolyn decided to obtain her license and join Red Door Real Estate. With her vast depth of knowledge both with clients and behind the scenes, Carolyn has the ability to guide her clients both residential and commercial to a successful close.


Kerri-Ann Simone Munoz

Kerri-Ann is a creative business professional providing her clients with a unique real estate experience. Combining her affection for design aesthetics and real estate, Kerri-Ann is your knowledgeable luxury expert and licensed agent at Red Door Real Estate. She is in the know on the latest market and interior design trends, visually inclined to locate just what her client is looking for while delivering strong business acumen, communication, and social media marketing skills. 

Kerri-Ann aspires to delight and accommodate you as her client, meeting your needs/desires with her creative and entrepreneurial perspective. She is results-driven and personable, providing a comprehensive service for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property across New Jersey. Kerri-Ann received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Miami International University and studied Dance as an Associate before launching a performing arts youth program throughout South Florida. She is now the Director of Dance Education for Dance New Jersey, continuing her passion for arts advocacy and community impact. Originally from Miami, FL, she and her family have called Somerset home since 2020.

Debbie is a life-long resident of Piscataway and raised her family here. She prides herself on being an honest and reliable realtor who goes above and beyond for all her clients. Debbie brings 16 years of real estate experience to Red Door Real Estate and those years have brought her referrals from family, friends and past clients. No matter if she is helping a seller, buyer, or renter, Debbie utilizes her vast experience in the Central New Jersey Market to help her clients realize their residential dreams.



Broker of Record

Ed began his real estate career in 1984 at his family owned business in Piscataway. Three decades later his passion for real estate took him into corporate real estate where he managed and trained for some of the industries biggest names. In 2018, he realized his dream to start a client focused real estate company, Red Door Real Estate. Ed gives his clients the best possible results, service, and experience. Ed will customize strategies and allocate resources on a individual client basis. He does not employ a once size fits all plan for every customer.
Ed lives in Piscataway with his three kids. When he’s not at work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, his dog Shea, and rooting for the Mets/RU.


Social Media Manager

My 30 year career has taken me from NYC retail management and Showroom sales representative to mom of James and Catherine, CCD teacher, Cub Scout Leader, CSH Volunteer to realtor, health care professional and social media manager! Wow! Where did the time go?
When I’m not with friends, family or looking for delicious gluten-free recipes l am thinking of creative social media posts and ads for Red Door Real Estate.

Originally from New York, Pat eventually settled in South Brunswick where she has resided for over 40 years. Working for her family business initially as an office manager and now as Vice President, Pat has vast experience in all phases of running a thriving organization. Bringing her business skills into a real estate career was a seamless transition for her and after earning her real estate license in 2017 Pat joined Red Door Real Estate. Now as a realtor, Pat has worked successfully with both commercial and residential clients.
